GREEN LINE mirrors a world in cataclysm, a society from its borderlines.

The name GREEN LINE refers to the line of demarcation in Beirut, Lebanon, during the Lebanese Civil War from 1975 to 1990. A demarcation line, that cuts a modern city into halves and creates a space beyond history and civilization in its center. Nature crawls back in its place, buildings are overgrown.
The GREEN LINE gives us an idea of the upcoming world – in which humans are only ghosts in a nostalgic memory.
